  • $450K in annual occupancy savings negotiated on a single San Francisco lease, reducing cost from $78 to $33 per square foot on 10,000 square feet.
  • 58% reduction in SF occupancy cost achieved through lease negotiation while maintaining the workplace employees needed.
  • Reduced global real estate spend by closing or consolidating underutilized and high-cost locations and shifting to flexible workplace partners where appropriate.
  • Ran global real estate and workplaces for a $5.3B company as the only person holding that scope, supported by the CFO, general counsel, and one office manager.
  • Built the office-management function from the ground up into direct reports across multiple states.

Global office management

  • Served as the single point of contact for every 6sense office worldwide for four years before adding headcount — covering San Francisco, San Mateo, Austin, New York City, Madison, London, Mexico City, Pune, Bengaluru, Singapore, Costa Rica, and beyond.
  • Opened, closed, and right-sized offices to match business needs, employee locations, and cost targets across multiple continents.
  • Created global hub days using the coworking partner network so employees in any city could gather, collaborate, and build team connection without long-term real estate commitments.
  • Managed a $2.4M global workplace operations budget while standardizing vendor relationships, policies, and employee support across distributed offices.

Culture, DEIB & employee experience

  • Founded and led Pridesense, the LGBTQ+ employee resource group at 6sense, helping advance DEIB initiatives and build an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Designed engagement programs and global hub-day experiences that connected employees across continents and contributed to 6sense being named a Best Workplace three years running.
  • Earned 6sense Culture Awards including the Love Award, Fun Award, and Advancing Our Culture Award.
  • Earned a perfect Forbes Travel Guide score of 100 for concierge service at Four Seasons San Francisco.
  • Named a Marquis Emerging Leader in Technology (2026).

  • Cut company-wide event and holiday spending through smarter planning, vendor negotiation, and disciplined programming — including $30K saved on year-end celebrations in 2024 alone.
  • Leveraged coworking and workplace partners globally to provide employees with high-quality workspace while avoiding unnecessary long-term real estate commitments.
  • Balanced cost discipline with employee experience, reducing real estate, workplace, vendor, and program expenses across all regions.

From 35,000 feet to global workplaces

I started my career serving people at 35,000 feet as a United Airlines flight attendant — a fourteen-year education in care, adaptability, and staying calm when plans fall apart. That took me to Four Seasons, where I earned a perfect Forbes Travel Guide score of 100 for concierge service.

At 6sense I led global real estate and workplaces through April 2026 — the only person in a $5.3B company holding that scope. I was the day-to-day owner of everything from office buildouts and coworking partnerships to remote work strategy, company events, and swag, but I was never truly on an island: I reported to the CFO and worked alongside the general counsel, the CEO, and the rest of the executive suite whenever a lease, vendor, or people decision needed alignment. It was an education strapped to a rocket.

Giving & community

Giving Friday at 6sense

When the pandemic emptied the offices, the perks budget had nowhere to go. So I redirected it — every Friday, employees nominate a cause and the company gives on their behalf. What began as a grassroots fix now spans the U.S., India, and London, with more than $500,000 donated to more than 100 organizations.

AIDS/LifeCycle

For years I rode my bike down the California coast with AIDS/LifeCycle, raising more than $100,000 for people living with HIV/AIDS. The event has been discontinued, but the love bubble of that community still pushes me to keep riding for my health — and for everyone who still needs the fight to continue.

Petaluma Pride

Since 2025 I have served on the board of directors for Petaluma Pride, working to bring the same DEI energy I built inside offices out into my own community.
